The Gran Bahia Apartments complex is located in the centre and simply an attractive pedestrian promenade away from the beach in the tourist area of Can Picafort. A range of restaurants, shopping venues, bars and links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity.

Built in 1986, the fully air-conditioned 3-storey complex comprises 37 apartments. The apartment hotel is composed of a second hotel building; a holiday complex whose facilities are accessible in both buildings. In addition, it offers reception, open around the clock, a caf, a supermarket, a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. There is also a room and laundry service as well as a bicycle rental.

The apartments are comfortably furnished and fitted with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, a separate bedroom, central heating, a balcony and a hire safe.
